What I find absolutely hilarious if they were promoting us through LEGITIMATE means they'd be making at least 3 times as much or more for every sale generated to us - and that's not counting rebills!! It's not like affiliates have a hard time selling Jordan's site....hehehe :1orglaugh

It's Conscientious surfers like Promo Chicks that can help stop this kind of thing. Well, maybe not stop, but certainly deter. If I were lightspeed, I would sue BOTH the person who is doing it and myspace. Settle the case for $3500 with the offender, a la the RIAA, and let myspace make me an offer. Of course, myspace will never settle and would probably win a case, but if enough people sue them they might start policing their own.
