Best DVD ripper?
Don't worry It's not for porn.
Guba guba |
It's a bunch of extra steps, but I like using DVD Decrypter to rip the DVD. Nero to mount the image and DVD shrink to re-author it to a writable disk.
Or, there's always DVD XCopy Xpress. |

I have that, but it dislikes certain dvds for some reason. |

Ok, I just talked to one of our video editing gurus and he said this will work about 90% of the time. He said to first try using Windex (not joking) on the DVD before you try to rip it... as in: http://www.evenhouse.com/sullivan/re...ex/windex0.jpg I know it sounds simple and stupid, but he says that for some reason water, spit, etc. won't help but Windex will. Another trick is to try ripping it in a CD or DVD burner (instead of a DVD-Rom drive). Try these tricks and if neither of these tricks works, it is indeed a copy protection problem (in which case, let me know and I will have our vid guy try to walk you through it). |
Easy DVD Clone never let me down :)

No problem. Like I said, if it doesn't work let me know and I'll have him try to diagnose it and walk you through a fix. :thumbsup |
