No time down time for us. Been working on our sites for the past 4 hours and nothing wrong. Except for my HTML codes, bahhhhhhh html sucks

They are up BUT a lot of people cannot get to our server there. I suspect a routing issue?

It happens to the best of em sometimes.

I received a response to my support email. There was an issue with Shaw cable earlier today. Not a Phatserver problem but it did effect access for some locations.

That was prob the probelm because i only noticed a small decrease in actual load, so someone was always getting through, and i was connecting thru shaw when i saw my sites down

I am also connecting through shaw and everything is fine now.
