Time for a POSITIVE ePass thread ...
Last week, a merchant's POS software (you can read that as PIECE OF SHIT or POINT OF SALE -- your choice..) billed my epass card SEVEN fucking times for the same ad campaign.
I contacted the merchant, who assured me that the additional charges were cancelled as soon as the mistake was discovered, yet they still appeared as 'pending' charges on my ePass ...
I contacted Keyser Soze on ICQ, and he has been very helpful in getting this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
With so much negative ePass drama lately, I just wanted to take the time to thank you publicly Michael, as you are a great addition to a great team.
Anybody having any troubles at all with ePassporte, forget dealing with Customer Service -- its a joke! Contact Keyser Soze and he'll get you sorted alot faster! :thumbsup :thumbsup
