Getting listed on Persian Kitty's TGP
 

I have been approved for every major TGP multipule times except Persian Kitty,
Is their something they look for thats different from the rest.
Should I be that worried about this?
I just want to know why I can't get posted there?:)

PK is actually pretty easy compared to some of the other big dogs. If you're being listed everywhere else I can't imagine what the problem could be. Let's see a gallery.......

I've said it before and I'll say it again....the only way to get listed on the majory TGPs is to use transexual midget clown content.

Yea I use JavaScript only to add special effects to the thumbs, not to hide status sponsor URL's, or to create popup's. I do this because I read somewhere that giving a gallery a edge helps get you listed.
Never tried midget clown content.......probably do well:thumbsup

Lose the Javascript....the submit script will deny your gallery before any human reviewer even gets to see it.

that's one ugly gallery with many bad things!

1st it exceeds 800x600 size limit
2nd the thumbs shake like milkshake!
3rd no tables,graphics,colors,nothing!
4th flash banner, not everybody accept flash on galleries
5th SSI file extension (.shtml),not everyone accept it


normally i think you should have problem getting listed in small tgps also

That one page that you didn't let finish loading falls in place and fits the 800X600 screen resolution, I used one big table and that caused that to happen. As far as .shtml extensions never seem to have had a problem yet, also that one gallery happens to be my first and I am proud of it:thumbsup
Did good in my eyes took me a half hour to make and made me $40.:)

I used to get listed there regularly and what she always wanted is more images than the average galley and a nice recip to her!

i use 1124x768 res and full screen window and the page doesnt fit on my screen. so no way it fits on 800x600

i'd say max 30. 15-20 is a good number

60 pics? Good luck with getting someone to pay after all that free porn on one gallery.

If you added a simple width= and height= to your thumbs, it wouldn't go off the screen like that.

The days are over where you can just slap 10-20 thumbs on a page, fill it with banners and make a bucket of money. Try spending 30 mins more on the gallery, find a sales pitch and DESIGN a layout.

What I saw was a BW muncher, with little coins falling out of its mouth for you to pick up.

When I review by hand, I decline anything that pops up an Active X prompt. I don't care if it is a banner, I NEVER even look at the source code. I put that in the submit rules, so I don't waste time.

On sites running new smart submit admin scripts, I have almost every script/tag blacklisted. So I wouldn't even see this page, and you wouldn't even get the e-mail confirmation link to click.

Dump the javascript, and use jpg/gif banners (if you use banners at all)

Yea but if the girl on your sponsors banners are hotter then the girl on your thumbs people should click on the banner more right? What am I sayin that traffic will just move on to the next free gallery. :)
I will stick to 30 pics no JavaScript think I am going to use text links to promote sponsors rather then banners, text links seem to do better on my AVS sites.

I did my tgp experimenting a long time ago..

there are far easier, and less stressful ways to get traffic..
less in quantity, but better in quality traffic than you'd ever get submitting to tgp's..

I don't see why I can't use a template powered by a query string but they wouldn't allow it. Like the surfer really cares what the URL looks like. I do believe I am going to use that .htaccess trick to make all my pages server sides includes.
The way I see it if they use a script to automaticly check a page, why do they need to make us work harder then we need to by not allowing query string and .shtml (basicly SSI's) pages?
I have yet to my knowledge been rejected for a .shtml page, but I have been rejected when I attempted to use a template with execute command lines triggered by query strings in order to save me a whole lot of work.
And nobody reply with "then don't sumbit then" we all know that's not a option. If the road has pot holes I am going to bitch not quit driving.:thumbsup

Submit clean 15 picture galleries, with good pictures that aren't over-exposed, thumbs in sequence, and you'll find a PK listing easier to achieve than other big TGP's.

Why don't you just stop wasting time submitting to not get approved and just BUY some traffic or banner slots..... it can save you some time dood. Submissions are cool and all that, but to be honest I've gotten listed on some of the big tgp sites and have seen better results from friggin yahoo group traffic.

But hey... don't listen to me, I'm a newbie ;) Think about who you are trying to please..... Persian Kitty, or porn surfers ($$$)???

After I thought about it for a while I realized that in the past some webmaster's probably have abused thier TGP listings using dynamic galleries and that is why those rules are here today.
I appreciate all the suggestions and information you guys gave to me on this thread, I have a better understanding of how I should build these galleries.:thumbsup
