Bad affiliate support/ customer support these days
 
Dynamixxx about blog design problems, icq'd and emailed several times

Sunnysmoney about promoting, emailed the email addy on the support page

Dormbucks about promoting, tried 2 icq's and 1 email addy

Teenrevenue about promoting, submitted support request on their contact page

Godaddy about domain reg problems, no word back for over 2 days, will take my biz elsewhere

some are serious to me, some are not so serious to me, just sucks that whatever the case threre is nobody there to help me with any of this stuff, what is the point of a "support page" or "contact info" or "support tickets" these days when nobody can even help you out or contact you back, all these messages i've written and i feel like i'm talking to myself

no response from EITHER of them

btw, i hated to post this thread, it just sucks when i'm willing, ready and motivated to promote certain sponsors more and i cant get in contact with them, it's like running into a brick wall

jscott... you're saying we have bad customer support because an email you sent this morning hasn't been replied to? It's only early afternoon.

Standard is 24 hours but we reply way faster than that under normal circumstances.

As anyone knows, if you need an immediate answer there's always my ICQ, which is in plain sight on our contact pages.

As I said in my email, I cannot provide technical support for the blog script.. I have not used TextPattern myself and don't have the first idea why it would give the MySQL error shown at your site. Why not read through the FAQ and documentation available at http://www.textpattern.com/ or contact them for support with the script?

well, actually, yours was one i shouldnt have added, i did because of my past experience with teenrev & triplexcash affiliate support, i totally didnt expect a response from yall, my bad, for the record, i did recieve an email from chris in good time :thumbsup but like i said only reason i added ya'll into the mix was because of past affiliate support, which i'm sure you can also admit was VERY bad

i dont intent to slam anyone, i just want responses, help, promo, etc etc so we can all make more $$$ together
