Hi I getting error message when I try to download banner tools to some of your sites

NATS has found a problem

readfile(/usr/local/nats/banners/21.gif): failed to open stream: Permission denied

We are experiencing a NATS Upgrade, however, it shouldn't affect banners, tools, etc. I am having no trouble accessing them now.

Please shoot me an email, I also have some custom banners you may want to check out. :)
