I must say though if I were going to try and sell a site for 350k I would have hired a Russian or Philippino designer for 300.00 to make it have more curb appeal and I would have taken steps to get a higher than PR2 for a six year old site, but that's just me.

Hey Frogman, thanks for your post and I agree that the design is not the best in the world. That is ok because what this site is really about is delivering content to webmaster end users. to that end we do a great job. For example, we have one FTP server with over 600 gig of MPG2 video. MPGw videos are big in size and DVD quality. things like that have nothing to do with design but are more important I think. Another good example is the custom mailer program that keeps track of customers past purchases and suggests content sets that they my like as well. There are many other little bells and jingles.. It is a tight operation for selling content.
