Anyone here use VirtualDub to capture? I have a problem
 

I am trying to capture in VirtualDUb and it works fine, but everytime I try and click to anything else on my desktop it stops capturing

anyone know how to make it continuously capture without stopping if you click anywhere?

Thats why i don't use VD for capture. If you are capturing DV you can download the freeware WinDV. It doesn't drop frames, and it even splits your scenes.

can I capture using the composite....rca?

my firewire output on my camera is jacked up, I have to export from the camera using rca

I wouldnt use a freeware program to capture, but most times when capturing you dont wanna use anything on your computer or do anything else because any sort of lag can result in dropped frames.
