Keep in mind if you use too many it'll sometimes timeout after you make a new post, edit a post, etc.

No problem. Also please note that for some reason the second link on that list (the hahahahaha one) is wrong. They must have that domain name blocked on here for some reason.

Hope I don't jinx myself here, but I have never had any problems with timeouts. Sometimes (when using 1.5.2) it takes a couple of minutes for it to ping everything, but it's never timed out on me. On 2.0+ it doesn't even take the few minutes because it pings in the background after the post is made.
