ok, so i have one html file. now i want to have 50 of those same files but each with a different filename. maybe starting at like 1.html and going to 50.html.

If you had 50 files in a directory (no matter what the name) you could use this cool product called RenameWiz - search for it on http://www.download.com

fuck it i'll just keep doin in by hand. hundreds of dollars for something simple is dumb.

if i have to create the 50 files i might as well just save as and rename em right there.

Consider the value of your time. You can make more money if you have more time. Automate!

if i have to actually make the files, it'll take the same amount of time to rename em.

Just copy the file, paste it 50 times and run one of the file renamers. Done in 1 min.
