candyflip 03-10-2006 09:48 AM

That will build you close to 10,000 sq ft. here.

Contract it out yourself and get even more.

Exactly.

But I'm seeing more and more new construction where they pretty much eliminate the front yard. The driveways are just long enough to park two cars in them, and that is the length of the front yards also.

They don't make up for it in back either. There's enough room for a small deck, small pool, shed and a little bit of lawn left over.

holy crap

stickyfingerz 03-10-2006 11:07 AM

2500 sqft 4 bedrooms plus a 18x18 bonus room that is my office 2.5 bath. 2 car garage front and back yard, security system etc etc etc. Paid 183,600.00 appraised now at 206,400.00 For 800k it better come with massage girls and happy endings 3 times a day. lol We live within 10 minutes of the airport, 10 minutes to tons of shops a super walmart, pretty much anything I need is no more than 20 minute drive. There is no way Id pay 800k for anything under 7000 sqft. :2 cents:

One of the most expensive locations of Helsinki...and I think helsinki is one of the top 10 most expensive cities of the world. It sucks. This place is a good investment though.

Sounds like prices here in Boston. It's the price of living in a civilized society where people have full sets of teeth and the economy is booming so we don't have to worry about the amount of rain we are going to get this year so our crops don't wittle away and our family starves. :)

be happy you don't live in Indiana
