crazy wordpress issues - tech help needed!

Has anyone ever heard of this?

I have 2 domains on 1 IP, each have wordpress installed on them.

They each have their own database.

Last night, I went to upgrade wordpress on one of them because it was outdated; the other already used the newest version of WordPress.

After I tried installing the new version of WordPress, on blog #2, I went to check out blog #1 and everything was messed up (the layout).

When I went to login to the admin on blog #1, it would take me to the admin of blog/domain #2. All of the links on blog #1 would have the URL of blog #2 as well.

I deleted both blogs and reinstalled WordPress again on just one of them (site/blog#1) because I thought maybe a WordPress file was corrupt. Everything looked fine and when I went to check it out this AM, it went back to how it was last night (redirecting to domain/blog #2 with a messed up layout)

Any ideas what could be wrong and how these 2 domains even conflicted with each other seeing how they don't share a database?

I tried posting on WordPress support but haven't heard anything yet.

Only thing I can think of is you somehow entered the wrong domain name when updating. But that is kind of doubtful.

Nope. I even deleted one of the blogs and started from scratch. Last night before I went to bed I reinstalled WordPress on one domain and it looked fine. When I woke up, it was messed up again (wrong domain links on the blog and redirecting me to the other blog when I went to admin)

It doesn't make much sense seeing how they're using different databases.

Hit me up on ICQ and I'll see if I can give you a hand.
