You should have just posted the pic lol. But in answer to your question, the reason why she looks hot, then not is because she battles weight gain big time. She will gain weight, have an upcoming tour, appearance or whatever and she will check into a spa and lose it fast...then gain it back again. It is a vicious cycle for her.
