Our government fails to understand our industry or how the Internet works. I watched the recent Senate hearings and was disappointed in what I saw and heard. Their primary concerns seems to be worried about minors accessing porn, where the main problem is pedos lurking on my space trying to pick these kids up.

Right now they are talking about kids using Myspace and posting their pictures there.
