Is it wrong to feed off of the pain and misery of others

im making this an anonymous poll so we can get some more truthful answers.

so the question is, DEEP DOWN......

do you giggle when you see an obnoxious little kid run into something, fall down, etc?
ever laugh at someone that gets so embarrassed they start crying?
do you ever feel that evil happiness from the pain and misery of others?

I do :winkwink:

Spunky 04-07-2006 07:10 PM

CherryLipsRosa 04-07-2006 08:16 PM

minusonebit 04-07-2006 08:50 PM

Sure, why not? Selling horse feed doesn't make you a horse.

somehow that response works for me

Sin 04-07-2006 08:55 PM

Actually I'll laugh when I see a kid being a complete little turd, and get caught by his parents & get in trouble, that's always fun to watch... lol

DaddyHalbucks 04-07-2006 09:51 PM

It's OK if you don't mind someone doing it to you.

Xaid 04-07-2006 10:21 PM

its all about karma, honestly i do enjoy it when karma bites. but 99% of the time it turns around and bites me back for someone elses amusement

Pure Evil 04-08-2006 05:14 AM

bump for the morning crowd

Diligent 04-08-2006 10:47 AM

Only when I think Karma's got some work to do..
But I realize plenty of people find amusement in it, likely due to issues with themselves or the world.

Pure Evil 04-08-2006 03:31 PM

ok. so most of you try not to because of "karma". but would you react any differently if you didn't believe in karma?

Evil Doer 04-08-2006 03:36 PM

lets get some more answers

SilentKnight 04-09-2006 09:55 AM

I laugh at the stupidity of darwins all the time, especially those who vidtape themselves doing something incredibly assinine (usually involving a high roof and gravity).

Is it wrong? Naw. I'm the first one to laugh at myself if I do something stupid.

jackie1 04-09-2006 11:12 AM

Yep, why should I feel sorry for people when they dont feel sorry for me? I mean if it's something serious I might feel bad, if someone got murdered or died.

But if someone just falls, or has something stuck between their teeth, or farts in public, or if some girl is walking around with a period stain, or some girl that I hate gets cheated on by her boyfriend I really don't give a fuck, and if it's funny I might laugh as well.

Gaybucks 04-09-2006 02:16 PM

Karma is important to me, and so is doing my best to try and treat people the way I'd want to be treated... so I wouldn't be comfortable doing something that feeds off of others' discomfort.

Manowar 04-09-2006 02:16 PM

Karma is king

cspdinc 04-09-2006 02:50 PM
