It sounds like we are coming closer to fighting every day.

Iran, China and Russia Vs. The USA... Who would win a war?

China and Russia will NOT sit idle while we beat up on little brother Iran!

That's why the USA hasn't made a move yet.

China alone has over 1 BILLION people. We have about 300 million if that many.

I hate to say this but, I believe they will gang up on us eventually. Just a matter of time!

It's all just a scam to get the oil prices up. But if there was a war, then Russia and China wouldn't back Iran, but the economical and political cost of going to war would be too high for the US anyway. Besides if Iran already got nukes, which i suspect, then it would be extreme casualties on all sides.

all i can say is when US invade Iran, then 95% of the rest of the world will hate them as opposed to the current 75%

I don't consider dropping a nuke to be 'winning' anything and thats what it would take to defeat Iran. It really is a no win situation. Attacking them will just cause a huge increase in terrorism, so ultimately the civilians of both countries lose.

As I see it, any able-minded individual can see there is no win to the situation, so what's the point of war? However, there seems to be a vast lacking of able-minding individuals in office, so on that point, I can see the validity with the question.

1. US and/or Israel strategically nuke Iran's nuclear sites. Iran sends it's terror network to do some damage and starts rebuilding it's nuclear program in complete secrecy.

2. US and/or Israel fully nuke Iran. Well, the world's pretty fucked after that one.

3. Heavy sanctions are placed on Iran until it disbands its nuclear program. It either further hides it's nuclear facilities and claims to be good, and / or it sends it terror network to do some damage.

Am I missing something or are there other ways this situation could be resolved?

Is it just me, or does it seem like there's some time compression happening lately with this whole 'Iran has nukes' issue?

It seems like just a short while ago that we learned they were just starting the early stages of their nuclear program. And now, seemingly just a few months down the road - people are declaring Iran to have nuke capabilities?

Either they've been damn busy beavers overseas in the last while, or these nuclear weapon claims are akin to the fabled 'weapons of mass destruction' that mysteriously never materialized.

I'd wager Americans would consider lynching Bush & his cronies if he makes a military move on Iran (Israel and all things considered). By now, most people are sick of being duped by all the lies and deceit from the Bush administration - and won't tolerate further military intervention in the immediate future.

If anything did happen; Israel alone can defeat Iran in a war. Iran's leadership is very foolish by threatening probably the fourth most powerful nation on Earth (Israel), not to mention that Israel is allied with the most powerful nation on Earth (USA). It is a lose-lose situation for Iran in all possible terms.

And no way China or Russia would help Iran fight the United States and Israel... China may have 1.8 billion people but it doesn't have any technology comparable to the US/Israel, and it can't get a huge standing army... it doesn't matter how many people you have, it is how many guns, planes, and ships you can afford to give your people. China is basically a third world country with a lot of people and a lot of nukes, and Russia is like 1/3 of what it used to be.

Nothing will happen though except Israel, or a joint Israel-US airstrike on the nuclear facility... there will be no ground war unless Iran attacks Israel after the airstrikes.

Bush has totally fucked up in the Middle East. Far from being a threat to the US it's now as clear as day light he was the opposite. He had no time for Al Queda, with him in power he kept everyone around him busy watching him. He would never of allowed Iran to build a Nuclear facility. He would of bombed it already and the US could not of been blamed.

But Bush was so convinced he could grab the oil and run the country he did not think further than his nose.

We need to pull all our troops out of Iraq and then bomb the fuck out of both of them like in a real war and not all this protect the innocent shit. Face it war is about killing as many of the other guy as possible and since they don't have a problem using untrained citizens as suicide bombers they are all potential threats.
