Help- what is MICROSOFT doing about Bad Xbox 360's?
 

I just got my first Xbox 360 just 3 weeks ago and it is already not working.

1 out of 10 times it will boot up and work for a little while, then it crashes.

Most of the time it does not even turn on/boot up.

Here... after 21 days you can not return the Xbox for refund.

What is Microsoft doing to solve the problems that we are having?

After some research, I see that 360 after 360 is breaking.

I knew that alot of people here would own the Xbox 360 and this would be a good place to ask this type of question.

Contact microsoft...I believe the 360 comes with a manufacturer's warranty.

Microsoft isn't some cheap co. who's going to sink their investments in the gaming industry by not taking care of this problem. They'll send you a new one :thumbsup
