My neighbour - wotta guy!
 

My nextdoor neighbour's is in the process of moving out - found himself a nice chick in another city that he's already moved in with. He's always been a good buddy...so naturally I offered to lend him a hand movin' stuff. Last week I went over and mowed his foot-high lawn (it was lookin' like an eyesore anyways).

So today he calls me over and hands me a big blast heater unit (propane-powered) that he used for heat in his garage during the winter (he's a mechanic). Over the past few years I'd dropped hints that I was in the market for one to heat our garage studio.

So now we've got a great $240 heater unit that'll serve us well this winter in the studio.
