Awful phone call...
 
my programmer just called: "I'm really really sorry about this, but I deleted one of your db's"..

its one that countains roughly 250,000 soccer matches in details and my last backup is march 9th.. good lord!

Off to call webair :/

what would you demand from your programmers if they did something like that? not sure what to do.. they are working on a $10k project atm for me.. what to do?

I think everybody offers back-ups, but not everyone is willing to pay for it. :-)

If you value your content, back-ups are a MUST.

virtuals have free backups included everyone else paid backups...

everyone else we host we offer multiple backup solutions depending upon the situation...

beatle just emailed you.. luckily we got it sorted out after an awful 24 hours.. time to get a backup solution up and running :)
