There is something worse. I've seen movies where the camera man actually turns the camera around and talks to it audience during the action. That blows.

A close second is I was watching a dvd where they would zoom into the guys face while he was banging the girl and the dude would make a freaked out monster face. The vid would go in slow motion with added effects during this as this guy would contort his face.
