Personally, I report all my income. Dodging taxes just seems a bad idea.

So I keep every receipt for the year, report everything, and leave it to the accountant to deal with. I do not like paying taxes, but it's a nessesary evil, and I do not have time to deal with bullshit. So I just write my check, complain about it, and do not worry about it in the next quarter. :321GFY

For those who do not know.. if you are self employed, show a profit, you must report taxes quarterly in the states. :2 cents:

Fuck no I don't dodge taxes. The IRS is one Govt agency that I would not fuck around with. However, I usually have enough write-offs so that I don't owe any money. :winkwink:

Ehm, I'm suggesting nothing. You said in some other thread that in a previous poll on GFY, about 50% of GFYers said they were dodging taxes, and you suggested someone make a poll about it again :upsidedow

taxes are very important for my country. as i love my country, i pay ones completely.

I report pretty much everything down to the last cent. In finland tax-evasion gets you more jailtime than murder..and I'm not even kidding.

Unfortunately..I really need to incorporate or something that will get me paying a lesser %.

I don't dodge them but I have a professional make sure I pay as little as legally possible :)

With the bull shit my mom is dealing with the canadian government I am glad I file my taxes every year.

I do not need the government coming at me when I am in my 40s so I take my dad's advice do it well or not at all.

I try my best to report everything.

I failed to fill in my wellfare though.

I reside in Israel and proud to say I report every "shekel" I earn.
why am I proud ? because it is just another part of my "a good night sleep is better than a good looking car" philosophy that a lot of jackasses here will never understand.
