There are benefits for allowing someone else to market and control the ads for your site, just ask the GTS guys. Good stuff :) I like Adbrite get steady checks from them on time every time and I dont have to worry about various types of my inventory.

If you think 25% is high, you'd be shocked to hear what AdSense is billing.

25% seems like alot, but its my biggest money maker on some old sites of mine, so i'm not complaining

but imagine if you had that extra 25%!!!!

imagine you didnt put those types of ads up and made nothing from that same site

yeah, but i like seeing an email from them saying "someone bought $1500 worth of ads from you this week" instead of having to do all the bitch work

yah compared to adsense they are great. dont get so down on them until you have tried them. personally, they have been a great source of extra income for me.

what extra work, their script does all the work and that costs a 1 time fee of 10,000$ or something

There are a couple sites that do CC processing if you want to promote ads. Me? I do in-house sales.

fuck adbrite...im not happy with the way they charged me 2 months after i stopped using them...

You think 25% is bad...try chasing down some of these advertisers for payment then you gladly pay.
