i have known him for over 4 years now, and a while back you may have heard about the guy who posted the ms source code on his page, and someone bought it twice for $40.
so hes basically getting 2 years for $40 profit kinda sucks.

Genovese self-surrendered to US Bureau of Prisons officials on 14 March 2006.
