Good place to advertise to mainstream webmasters?

Where are good places to advertise in order to reach mainstream webmasters?

For ex: popular mainstream dev websites, forums etc....

most mainstream boards will cater to newbs only

There's so many fake ones now and the good ones have post bots, so they are deteriorating,

sitepoint.com is one

I have a anotehr good one, unfortunately it doesnt allow sigs, or spam, so not even bothering to look it up

Thanks for the info. Just to clarify they dont need to be forums. Just websites which attract a fair amount of webmasters. For ex. devshed, onlamp, slashdot, etc...

Bump - still needing this. Looking for sites like slashdot.com etc. Big popular mainstream sites for webmasters. They dont need to be forums just places where web developers hang out in droves...
