Newsletter-sending service?
 

Does anyone know an advertising-free online newsletter-sending service that doesn't have problems with adult sites? It doesn't have to be free necissarily..

I first had the MailMan Pro script installed on my server, I think this is one of the best scripts around, but I found some trojan scripts in that directory so I deleted it completely from my server last week.. I didn't want to take any risks. I first intended to have the script re-installed on another location, but I'm not hearing back from the guy from which I purchased the script all of a sudden.. He also installed the script and I don't have the zipfile that contains the script(s). It's funny how people often decide not to respond anymore if problems have occured.. He could be just busy of course..

Anyway, does anyone know a good alternative that allows me to have a signup form for newsletter subscription on my site(s) and to send newsletters?

I signed up for bighip.com but I can't find a way to import my existing subscribers. I e-mailed them twice, on the 14th and the 19th, but still no reply.. :-(

Bighip doesn't allow import .. part of the deal for whitelisting with aol/yahoo/msn etc..

But I just noticed that it was posted in april. Things could have changed..

I'm testing my bighip account now. I subscribed to my own list, have tried to send out a campaign twice, my e-mail address is verified and on the list, the campaigns were sent 'succesfully' but to 0 e-mail adresses (I can see that in the control panel of the campaign in my bighip account). But it doesn't say why it was sent to 0 e-mail addresses.. So I never received my test e-mails and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Any thoughts? Live help is not available right now.

Why don't you use their live help to contact them? I don't think there is another option to contact them, is there?

Bighip is crap they still owe me money they said they would send by email and via telephone but never have and never will.

Sending money by e-mail or telephone is not that easy I guess :1orglaugh
