My real issue is with customer support - I need a company that's responsive. Looking for 4-5 servers.

I use SplitInfinity, exactly suavemente.net. Not EU, but outside US, in Costa Rica. Solid company, great support.

webair.com has a DC in .nl... also try exmasters.com talk to milo, they're in .cz and .nl, also, a smaller operation but still good is mainswitch.com ask for paul

Have been thinking about getting a server with them for a while now they got some amazing prices..

I'm having some customer service issues with them, which is why this thread started.

The prices vary so much. Do people really get away with charging 400EU for 5mb?

Great thread. I was just looking into this because I want to get my servers out of Florida and Phoenix (and myself out of the US) some time soon. When the shoe drops I don't want to be under it.

I'm glad to see there are more options out there than I had come up with so far.

Yup another vote for exmasters here as well. Fast tech support & they are very efficient. Helped me move and setup all my scripts/soft from my previous hosts and moved it all with minimal fuss and downtime. I highly recomend them.

I would also like to add I only moved to them a fortnight ago, but with such high recomendations from other folks and what I've seen to date, I'll be there for a long time yet.
