I spent the time and money with my lawyer yesterday and today to get a waiver drafted up for Joe to okay, so I can send him a hard copy to sign and notarize.

This is the 2nd time now he is making excuses, as our convo the night before on icq, he said, anytime, anywhere. I said, next month in Vegas. He backed out of that, citing family committments. I said, fine, Aug 3rd.

This is his answer. It seems he wants me to wait till end of July to get my answer, as he can't foward the email to his lawyer right now and call monday.

The plain stupidity is apparent.

1. Assaulting me at the show gets him arrestted and thrown in jail, likely sued as well. What businessman is going to do that, wait, it's Joe, the anti businessman.

2. Florida is a right to carry state, threating someone who is armed is beyond stupid.

3. He's done this before and then last minute, bitches out and "BUYS" them a drink. You would think he learned his lesson already.

I have put money out to get the waiver done overnight, and will put money out for the ring. I am not asking too much to have him forward the email to his lawyer now, and call him tommorrow, am I?

That's pretty much what a waiver is. A written agreement to absolve all parties of litigation.

Joe is lying, as usual.

Like I told him in ICQ. It takes 2 seconds to forward an email, and 2 minutes to make and discuss the waiver.

I still have friends and family in NJ and they can deliver his lawyer the forms for review IN PERSON. Joesho, are you current on all your lawyer bills? I'd hate to send him Anthony form all for nothing if you are a deadbit and hasn't paid his bills yet.
