Cheap TGP Script - Last Day
 

As some of you know, I wrote a TGP script that has been available for a while now. I wrote it because I purchased a TGP script from another well known "company" and they basically fucked me. The script was total shit and they didn't seem at all interested in supporting it. I asked for their help...they refused and/or ignored my emails. I told them that I could write something better, but I didn't have the time or interest. Their reply was:

"go ahead then ROTFLMAO".

I swore I would make them eat those words, hence the birth of TGPDevil. I undercut them and definitely took some of their business away which is all I initially intended to do. Well, the script took off on me. It sold better than I expected. I now have a large customer base, especially considering how long the script has been available so I have decided to make some major changes and additions to the script which will mean a price increase. I don't want the script to be tossed into the same class as the other sub $100 scripts so in the next day or two, the script will increase in price.

Anyway, quite a few people have expressed interest in buying the script in the last couple of months but haven't done it yet. By Sunday (maybe Saturday) the new price will take effect so if you were thinking of buying it, now's the time (unless you just want to pay more which is fine too). The new version will be out in the next week or so. Updates and support are free forever (or until you or I pass away).

The new version has a few major improvements including the ability to pull pre-approved galleries from a central database and update the TGP with those galleries. I am not talking about 10 galleries in each category, but a full update. The script is also 100% flapjacks compliant.

Its a real good program guys, easy to manage, and the support has been great. =)

The best thing about "making it" is when you do you can give some dick back to the assholes who have fucked with you along the way.

I'd like to say, but since I already bagged on them and their script, I don't think I can legally say their name unless I want to get sued for slander/libel. Then they'd own the script I wrote to piss them off.

You sound like you speak from experience. You summed up my feelings exactly. Noting better than bending them over, giving it to them right in the ass and afterwards, wiping my dick on their curtains.

WTF are you doing on an NT platform WTF and why would you want to run a TGP on it?

It should. Haven't tried it, but I don't know why it wouldn't. The email submitters function wouldn't work since it uses fork() but everything else should.

Guys, I bought a copy of this script during A&H's IRS sale. I would say that, other than TGP Brownie, TGP Devil is my favorite admin script. I have been around a long time, I've used a lot of different scripts. He offers outstanding support, excellent documentaion, and you can't beat the price. I would say that TGP Devil has been a very good purchase. I recommend it to my friends, and to anyone who is looking to buy an admin script. I believe it would make a fantastic link list admin, as well.

I don't post a customer list on my site or on forums or anywhere. I have purchased a couple of other scripts only to find my domain promptly tossed up on their "sites using our scripts" page. Maybe I am the only one, but that pisses me off. It seems unprofessional as hell. I believe strongly in customer confidentiality. TGPDevil doesn't even put that "Powered by" bullshit at the bottom of the generated pages. If a customer just WANTS to post their URL and say they are using it, that's fine but I won't list them. If that means I lose a couple of sales, that's okay. As long as my current customers are happy.
