Yea, I have never heard of the ID thing. Only time I have ever asked for one was to verify the CC from a Non US person wanting a large account, but other than that we don't require one.

i know webair requires it, so does ev1servers

BTW. i'm looking for windows servers.. I got my license taken away in florida.. I need something to work off of, I have a real nice line back home. I can't upload any data to my sites without dropping. I need something around 100kb uploads. If that helps narrow down the request. Appreciate all the responses and the quickness. Thank you.
