WTF is this song

ok i heard a song and i cant figure out wtf it is...

sounds kinda like POD... mellow, then the chorus is heavy & yelling & shit... um... some words i can remember...

'on the outside, looking in'... um... shit i cant even remember the damn chorus...

i think the song is called Strange... they sound like POD kinda... um... anyway... post ur suggestions & ill listen & see if i can find this song :)

The chorus starts something like
"I'm on the outside, your on the inside! Or something like that...

It's a very good song...
