I can't believe what it must be like to be a 12-17 year old boy today. Never really knowing a time before the internet and email and free porn so easily attainable!

Porn wasn't easy to get when I was 12. There was no internet (I was 12 years old in 1989).

I had seen a few Playboy magazines that my friends had. But I didn't have anything to look at while I jerked it vigorously. I had to rely on my imagination. I would create elaborate scenarios in my mind of grand sexual encounters, usually involving the hottest girls in my school.

Sometimes I would go to the corner store where they sold porn magazines and I would pull one down from the top shelf and put it inside some sports magazine. One day I got caught, and the owner told me never to come back. Damn that was embarrassing!

Think about how many teenagers today have computers in their room and can surf for all the free porn they want without anybody knowing. Just jerkin away, havin a great time. Must be nice!

Yeah there is definately a lot more out there for kids to get hold of... responsible parenting goes a long way towards making sure they get a balanced view of what its all about though. My teenagers are certainly well aware of what they can find on the net as they have seen what my hubby and i get up to (without directly exposing them to the content of course) ....but they also have the opinion that we are pretty weird so maybe the whole thing is self regulating to some extent.
I find it kind of amusing that in one breath my kids can tell us we are perverts and in the next they are boasting to their friends about what cool parents we are and how we are involved in the adult industry.

I just hope that when they are adults that they have the same degree of freedom and can get the same level of enjoyment from it all that we do now.:2 cents:
