Getting Fucked by a Host
 

I am fairly pissed off today, Last month I was bitching for going over in overages, well I understand now that the company has been fucking me, .. I was under the impression that I had a 50 gig alotment for my smaller sites, as confirmed by icq screenshots etc. A contract was then sent out to me and signed by me, faxed back. Well this company now says that I was paying for a dedicated server with 30 gigs? which makes no logical sense, because I already had 30 gigs at my previous host and wanted to move up (these are for my lower traffic sites) Anyways the owner of the company has been arguing with me saying that He never approved it blah blah and that he can dispute any chargebacks because I signed a contract.... Total asshole, thinkin I am actually whining about not wanting to pay for bandwidth I've used....... I told him I will pay for anything I ever used over the 50 gig alotment no problem, but not over thirty...


What do you guys think i should do? I am gonna call visa (fucking useless company isnt open saturday) It just frustrates the hell out of me

Todays Argument with the Owner

Well, your right, hes wrong, but you did sign that contract which is the most important part. Now he's got ya by the balls. It was your responisibility ro read that contract and not take his word for it.

Even so, he had nothing to do with the contract, the guy who told me he would give me the extra gigs sent out the contract and we were both under the impression of 50 gigs, he to this day still assumes my account has 50 gigs, its the fucking prick of an owner that is messing shit up

tell him to work it out with the guy that gave you the contract?
fax the owner a copy maybe?

call the ftc? :P

get the boneprone mafia to break his legs!
