ICQ Spam
 

I keep getting ICQ Spam messages several times a day asking me to go to a specific url and has an automated response. I did a whois on the domain and found that its hosted on candidhosting. I emailed them to complain. Do you think they will or can do anything to stop this fuckin asshole from spamming me?

candid could care less, and who could blame them. money is money, they should provide their service (hosting) and hands off from that point, what the customer does with it should be the customers business. i've known about candid long before i knew anything about the adult world because they get soooo many spam complaints. every once and awhile some guy 'charles' who works there posts to the email abuse usenet group and says hes taking action and cleaning house and kicking off all the spammers, and then just moves them to new ips :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh. i could never figure out why he bothered posting there at all, hes practically a spam celebrity with all the SPEWS enforcement nutcases.
