So I started practicing MARTIAL ARTS again...
Well, I started up Kickboxing after a 5 year hiatus from Martial Arts.
I deemed myself to be in ok shape (going to the gym every once in awhile), but DAMN kickboxing is a helluva cardio workout. I threw up after class. But holy shit does it feel good to be back in the game! :thumbsup |
be sure to keep it up! I started training after a 4 year hiatus.. I quit just as fast tough.. wish I would've kept it up.. oh, well.. I like the gym anyway.. if I don't find a good gym here in bkk, I'll start training muai thai or something.. ^^
