Copying files on FTP server

Plz excuse my ignorace.. but how the fuck do I copy files from one folder on my FTP to another folder on my FTP?

All my FTP clients don't seem capable of doing this.. any recommandations for a client that can copy files?

No idea of what you use as FTP, but with FlashFxp, you open an ftp session on the left window, open another one on the right window, and drag source to target.

FlashFXP doen not copy the files.. it takes ages then it says transfer failed or something.. could it be my host's fault?

Well I can't get this to work.. FTP by itself doesn't even support the COPY command..
