Anybody else find that GFY has become close to useless?
It's all because of sigs.
I used to come to this site and most threads were interesting or had some value. But now almost every thread on the front page is worthless. People are just trying to put their sigs out there, and then each worthless thread gets 30 or 40 one-word responses by other idiots trying to get their sigs displayed. |

One thing this thread does is make me wonder what the fuck we are doing here.
you dont like sigs ????? without them webmasters wouldn't find new progs to promote.. you dont like one word answers because you think its just people putting sigs up.... but because there is so mush shite and very little business in comparison thats what people have to do to get sigs exposed we cant all afford to have our own skins and banner spots etc on here yet so thats how we start to build our business...or is that the real problem. You got yours so fuck everyone else.... the real problem is there is too little business here and too many people talking shit... If i have had ten affiliates sign up to our shitty little one site (that converts very well BTW) from here i would be suprised... what is it you actually want this site for ????? |

It depends on the day. Some days I feel as if I am loosing brain cells here lol and others I actually learn something. A lot of it has to do with surfers leaking onto the board.

I come looking for decent traffic trades & get squat,, I come looking for hardlinks & get responded with the same "Joes got the biggest toplist" for the ten gazillionith time,, I come to sell domain get 0 offers til I posted on another forum I come to sell pr4 text links & sell only one out of 20 spots but then also I come to get helpful advice & many people do assist, so to answer your question,,, it still serves a purpose because in the pile of trash there are still some buried treasures to be found. |
