He's not promising 100% uptime. It 100% *power* uptime, meaning he has generator/battery backups. Uptime is 99.999% which is pretty darn good :)

Exactly, its a 100% power uptime SLA (service level agreement).
Which means we have systems and procedures in place that will provide the best possible chance of 100% power uptime - and apart from say a two week power outage in downtown Houston, TX - we are safe.

If there is a 2 week power outage in the central business district of Houston, TX I would think we have bigger things to worry :) lol
