great book, but then u get to the point where u get the feeling its common sense written cryptically over and over in a different context.

Great book. While some are plainly inapplicable (due to changes in military technology / realities of war), much of the book is applicable to any human activity that involves competition over scarce resources.

Marcus Aurelius's Meditations is another one but I guess these transripts are all translated into various languages.....

A classic piece of military literature. It's a book filled with engaging wisdom. :)

Been there read that a long time ago. You're late in the news.

You would be better off reading "In Search Of Excellence" by Tom Peters. Its most important lesson is that most people do not fail in their endeavours because they don't know what to do, but because they only pay lip service to those things.

Classic read, but if you doing it for "business" reasons might I suggest grabbing a copy of Sun Tzu Was a Sissy by Stanley Bing
