At the data center, they found a problem on the load balancer that I kinda suspected for a while. So, how's the loading speed for GFY where you are tonight, and what's the region that you are in?

The double (or more) postings still occur because there are currently 4 web servers right now. Any delay through the switch and the load balancer, and if someone clicks the submit button like crazy it causes duplicate posts. The "impatience" record belongs to Juicy where his posting a new thread appeared 37-times. :1orglaugh They need more RAM on the servers in my opinion, but this is an interim fix till the heavy-duty hardware is in and in place. :)

We've got 4 web servers, one staging server, two database servers, and a load balancer out there right now, but they are somewhat generic machines. The good hardware is going to be in place soon for GFY. Plus major improvements in the core software are currently in work. The growing pains are about to get a major shot of pain-killers. :winkwink:
