Im on hold now for a while and dont know if someone will pick up or if I shoud hang up and call monday

Yes, the webmaster support department is there on Saturdays. ( I know because I used to work there)

I called them back, been on hold another 10 minutes, I think no ones there.

Why dont they just leave a recording saying theyre not in and to call back on monday instead of telling people to wait and theyll pick up in a moment?
