Good Year For Sweet Corn
Oh yeah, just got in 6 dozen white and yellow corn cobs, buttered 4 of those bad boys up and went chomping...
12 for a buck fresh off the farm... Never had that on the Cob, just from green giant cans, man was it awesome.. mmmmmmmmm corn |
LOL..... Yeah and I just got some the other day that wasn't sweet at all. Go figure.

Unless it's fresh off the farm it's usually garbage.

Get the corn with the husk still on.
peel all but one layer of the husk off. Put on grill with medium to medium high heat. cook for 10 - 15 minutes (until the husk is charred). Make sure you rotate often. peel off the rest of the husk Add Salt & pepper and butter to taste. Thank me later. |
Boil water, add two shakes of "old bay seasoning", add corn, cook 9 minutes, remove and eat while very hot

Best way yet is to microwave it.
Leave several layers of husk on and heat in mw for 3 to 4 min per ear. Works fantastic! |
