Question for those doing PPC ad campaigns.
I've got a very hypothetical question that may or may not be able to be answered. I'm asking this out of curiosity and not because I'm looking to get into the PPC game (I know next to nothing about it).
Say there was a brand new site, in an underpromoted niche (take BBW for an example), with fresh exclusive and semi-exclusive content, and membership is $24.95 a month. With a $50 campaign, how many joins do you think you could send? And say you go through a first $50 campaign and you're able to tweak it effectively, how many could you send on a second $50 campaign? |
depending on how good keyword lists the guy promoting it has...
I could might make a good campaign if it was infact bbw |
A lot of factors to consider. Without writing a book and sticking to the basics. If you target the site properly and keep your bid levels at around .05 you should be able to get close to 1000 hits to the tour.
Without geo-filtering a large percentage of them may not be able to be processed. Unless of course you are using an engine that allows you to choose the countries etc. Lets not forget click fraud etc. I would say out of $50 you might see 400-500 decent hits to the tour. How does the site convert? You could see 2 or more sales or none on that campaign. Its just to hard to tell. Give it a shot and let us know the results :) |
yeah do it and let us know !

Thanks for the answers, guys. I not intending to do it myself as I know very little about PPC ad campaigns. It's just for an idea I had for something in the neari-ish future. :thumbsup
