I dont think they provide phone support, especially on sunday. Look it up in their whois record for namecheap.com.

found it.. no support needed, i want their legal dept.. I'm filing suit against them if my information is not removed from a whois on a domain I do not own.
As they are the registrar & have control, they are responsible as owner of domain has ignored my requests to remove my information & the owner lives in Australia, which makes it difficult to take action,, So, namecheap is the one I am going after, & I filed a formal complaint with Internic, & no, they're not open.. I just called,,

They're not actually a registrar, they are a reseller for eNom. I'm not sure if they have the legal right to change the contact whois info but I know they can do it easily.

If you contact enom with your complaint that will make namecheap speed up a bit. Contacting eNom though isn't fun.

I emailed both namecheap & submitted a complaint with Internic. The issue's been resolved. That was quick too,, I didn't think they were open because noone answered the phone, but they check the email :thumbsup
