My views on the Ray Guhn arrest and COHF situation
 

I really don't feel sympathetic for the COHF team.
I'm not pointing and laughing at them like a jackass either.
There are several details that weren't touched on in there thread asking for the industries support ( http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=637448 )

For one there is the issue of a confidential informant or "snitch" giving details of how she was paid to perform sexual acts at a private party for members of the CONF team. Also there are there was an issue of taping scenes in public areas. Furthermore it appears that this whole investigation was sparked or fueled by members of the public making complaints. There are some lines that we all must be aware of in this business. Where I currently reside I know that it isn't a great idea for me to start shooting porn because of possible legal implications. If we want to change the law you should get involved in politics and go thru the necessary actions of trying to get laws changed. NOT go against current law and complain when you run "foul" of law enforcement.

In summary...
They knew the rules of the game when they first decided to play. Don't cry foul when the referees (law enforcement) blow their whistle and but you in the penalty box
