If only i could get myself out of bed earlier. I've been waking up at 11-12ish (massive lie-ins) and feeling shit for the rest of the day; whereas if i wake up at 7-9ish, i feel shit initially and great for the rest of the day.

heading to the office. i ned to wake up with europe more often.
