OK.. Seriously, between that number and the other, - there is just a tinge of valid legislation in the lot of it - and not knocking that.
BUT... Bottom line, - there are more than enough laws existing already to effectively "protect children" - that part (aside from small elements) is total bollocks. It also does not matter a toss how many laws there are unless these are being enforced.
I dunno, but suspect the pendulum has swung as far as it can - to the extreme. For the adult biz, this is a joke and converts anyone operating under these laws to be clerks for the govt. If any govt (not just the US) had their way, the whole population would be form filling and record-keeping and nothing would get done.
OK.. mini rant over :winkwink: Let's see what comes from court decisions next.
