i got in a partnership with someone who turned out to be a total con-artist.
i lost a shitload of my own money which i didnt have much of at the time. we
even had a partner who invested more than i did (who im still friends with
to this day and the both of us tried taking frank to court numerous times).
anyhow, like i said, i had no control of this company's banking. frank was
the president and i was too nice to even give a shit, i just wanted to form
a nice paysite. He wanted to shoot for other people, we did. many many
scenes. i think we even did more than one for you. so it's not like i was
out to make some scam to rip off some dumbass for 800 bucks. lol.

one morning i got to the office and it was cleaned out of all valuables. all
of our content (tapes and documents) and i was out of business. i was
robbed. so cry me a river, m the one who really got fucked.

btw.. my weed smoking has about as much to do with your as your nasty coke
habit has to do with me.

For anyone who doesn't remember the story, which was posted on GFY back in 2003, Ganjasaurus aka Morgan (wonder why he changed his name) offered to produce some exclusive Asian scenes for me. He delivered 5 out of 6 and then told me he was out of business and I was shit out of luck on getting my money back. I still don't see what HIS business partner screwing him has to do with HIM, the person who I had the agreement with, filling his obligation of either providing me with my content or giving me a refund.

Yes, it's only $800 but it's still a sore spot with me, obviously. I when I make deals with some one, I make good on them, no matter what the circumstances. That's sort of the definition of being a man.

I especially like the coke habit comment in his e-mail above, considering anyone that knows me knows that I don't even drink alcohol, let alone do any sort of drug. Hell, I don't even have caffeine.

problem is, i never received a penny of this guys money. i merely put he and frank together. to be honest, now that i know what i know about frank, im surprised rictor got 5 of 6 scenes from him.

You think anybody will want to do business with you after a post like that ??? When you buy a business, you buy the debts... when you own a business with somebody and your name is on it, you're also responsable for the other person's fuckup because you associated with this person.

Same goes if one of your employes fuck up.

No matter how many times you say that, it doesn't make it true. I sent my Paypal to the address YOU gave me. If that wasn't your Paypal then that's your own damn fault for being an idiot. My deal was with YOU.

And you did NOT put me and Frank together. You represented YOURSELF as a content provider and paysite owner. You said YOU could provide me with content. THEN, after I started having problems getting scenes, suddenly these "partners" of yours materialized and you felt you were no longer responsible to make good on our deal.

I'll start another thread in a few more years. I'll be happy to remind people what kind of person you are until the end of time.

Apparently your reputation is worth less than $800 to leave the bad taste in his mouth all this time over a deal you made. A lot of us would have made it right with Rictor, especially over such a small amount.
