How does the pay per email work? Do you get paid a specific amount for conversion rate to Actives or conversion rate to Paid signups?

We pay per email based on your conversion from free activated emails to paid joins. :) We have a payout conversion chart at the bottom of www.camazoncash.com. Our average affiliate converts at 1:15 which is a $2.80 email payout.
