Reminds me of the related (and rather more serious) "we can't send out affiliate checks because we're all at a show". Not that Movie Dollars have ever done that. I've had some problems with them though, exacerbated by not getting replies to emails I've sent.

However, they now have a proper affiliate contact (yay for Monica!) who has been a great help and sorted things or provided explanations where necessary, so it's all good now.
